Christmas 2012 fudge project

Donation Day at the Grantsville Food Bank.                                    This year, with your help, we were blessed to be able to donate over $1100 to those in need!  Thank you all for participating.  

It never ceases to amaze me how willing people are to help others.  This year it looked as though it would be a much leaner year for our project as sales started out slow.  Then we had an issue at one of our best selling locations and we were feeling discouraged.  After talking about it however we realized that this is the Lord's project and He would do with it what He wanted and it would be all that it needed to be.  Because we were not able to sell at that other location it forced us to look to new places and were able to include people that we haven't in years past.  It was a blessing in the end and we were still able to do all that we hoped to do with only slightly less funds even during such trying economical times.  Thank you to all of you who were able to participate with us this year!

2011 Valentine's Day fundraiser for the Powell/Cox/Graves families

 105 lbs in 7 1/2 hrs!

A special thanks to the kids from Shining Light Commonwealth for all their help in the kitchen for this project.  I was so impressed by your good attitudes and willingness to serve.  

This would have been decidedly less comfortable without the use of the Bridges commercial kitchen.  Thank you all!
